The New Jersey office at 350 Springfield Ave, Suite 220 in Summit is Elite Web Design's head office. Its direct line is (908) 720-3375. It is the address on our Google Business Profile, the address our Google reviews are attached to, and the reason a search for a web designer in Summit, Chatham, or Berkeley Heights returns a local studio rather than a remote agency. Design, development, and the whole SEO/AEO stack are run from here for clients across New Jersey and, remotely, the rest of the country.
Summit and the surrounding Union, Essex, and Morris County towns, plus clients nationwide remotely
One address, one entity, twenty-two town pages
The obvious way to rank in twenty-two New Jersey towns is to spin up twenty-two business listings. It is also the fastest way to get filtered out of the map pack, because duplicate listings sharing one address are exactly what Google's spam systems look for. So we do the opposite: one LocalBusiness entity at this Summit address, declared once with a stable @id, and a separate Service node per town carrying its own areaServed. Twenty-two pages of genuinely different copy, one honest business. It is the same structure we build for every local client, and you can read ours in the page source.
In a dense map pack, proximity does the ranking. Everything else is the lever.
North Jersey towns sit two or three miles apart, which means proximity to the searcher decides a huge share of local rankings and you cannot optimise your way out of geography. What you can move: a complete and consistent business entity, real review velocity, page speed on actual mid-range phones, and on-page copy that answers the question being searched instead of repeating the town name. That is where the work goes, because that is the part that is winnable.
What the in-person part is actually for
Being twenty minutes from a client is not a slogan, it changes what we can build. On-site photography beats stock in every measurable way. Brand and messaging sessions move faster across a table than across a call. And walking a showroom, a clinic, or a kitchen is usually how we find the thing that should have been the homepage all along. Being local to Union, Essex, and Morris counties is a production advantage before it is a marketing one.
The AEO layer, built from this office
A growing share of "web designer near me" research now happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI answers, and those systems do not read a page the way a classic crawler does. They need facts they can lift: structured data that resolves to one real business, FAQ markup that answers in complete sentences, a named author with a verifiable history, and a machine-readable summary of the site. We publish all of it for ourselves at /llms.txt, and we build the same layer into every site we ship.
The same stack, either address.
- Custom websites in Next.js, React, and Wix Studio, no templates
- Brand identity: positioning, logo, colour, type, voice
- Local SEO built on one clean business entity, not duplicate listings
- AEO/GEO: schema, FAQ markup, llms.txt, named-author E-E-A-T
- On-site photography and in-person brand sessions
- Core Web Vitals tuned on real mid-range phones, not a desktop lab
